Olesia Vashchuk has 15 years of experience working in the legal, educational and public spheres. She received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at National University "Odessa Law Academy", a Master's degree (accounting and audit) at Azov State Technical University and a Master's degree in Psychology at South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. Ushinsky.

Practical experience in legal representation since 2004;
Scientific and teaching activities since 2006;
Legal practice in the fields of business and tax law since 2008;
Working at NGO "Innovative University" in Ukraine, she implements projects to optimize regulatory support in the field of education. Previously, she worked at the university on legal aid, organization of educational process and information and analytical support. She has acted as an expert on education, research and legal issues in Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Belarus, Latvia, Moldova and others. She has strong project organization and coordination skills.

Author of more than 170 scientific and non-fiction works. She focuses on optimization of reality, information exploration, strategic planning and development of dispute resolution.
