Education
In 2000 graduated from National law Academy named after Yaroslav the Wise, Master of Jurisprudence with honors
Experience
He began his career in 1998 as a lawyer. Since 2003 over the 8 years he held senior positions in the legal field and has represented the interests of big business;
In 2011 he founded the Advocate's Association "GS partners";
Since 2014, joined the process of reforming the country in the public service and were engaged in political activity: first, on the post of Deputy Head of the Prime Minister and the Deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Also during this period, he was the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the competitive Commission on election of members of the National Agency for prevention of corruption. He took an active part in the adoption of new anticorruption legislation, the launch of the National police, National anti-corruption Bureau and the State Bureau of investigation;
Under his chairmanship a lot of high-profile official investigations concerning the activities of officials Ministry of energy and coal and subordinate state companies when concluding contracts for the supply of electricity from Russia and Crimea; in relation to the management of the State fiscal service of Ukraine for the unsatisfactory organization of counteraction of corruption in tax and customs authorities of the state were held;
From April 2016 to September 2019 worked Deputy Minister of education and science of Ukraine. In the Ministry dealt with issues of management of state property, anti-corruption policies, international cooperation, development of IT sphere, development of school and University sports, gender equity in education and other issues.
Membership and Professional Appointments
He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SJC "Medicines of Ukraine", a member of the Supervisory Boards of PJSC "Agrarian Fund", Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University and the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. He chaired the Supervisory Boards of PJSC Oschadbank and PJSC Ukreximbank, the State Mortgage Institution;
Roman Greba is a person with an active life position;
During the Revolution of Dignity, he protected the victims of the Maidan detainees during the collision at Bankova, Avtomaydan activists, students who were persecuted by the Yanukovych regime in the courts;
After being dismissed from the civil service for his social activity, he takes care of issues related to attracting and promoting physical culture among young people, since he is also the President of the Ukrainian Federation of Student Sports and a member of the Executive Committee of ISF (International Federation of Student Sports (Brussels, Belgium) Sports Student Union of Ukraine.
